One Thing You Can't Hide From the Law of Attraction!

One of the most important qualities of all Solo-preneurs in their practice or career is thoughtfulness. High client retention happens when Solo-preneurs display thoughtfulness and treat clients as people and as friends. 

 

 

 

Compassionate and attentive Solo-preneurs take the time to ask their clients questions about their lives, and to listen patiently while they talk about the concerns, problems and situations in their business and with their families. The more that clients feel liked and respected the more empowered and motivated they will feel to do business with you again and again.

When a client feels like you don’t care, and there is a lack of recognition, approval, and understanding, you will find yourself in a predicament.  If they realize that you are just in it for the deal, money or transaction the whole thing may fall apart and your reputation could be hurt in the process.

Remember, the amount of time that you spend talking to and listening to your client is an indicator to that client that they are important to you. You invite their comments and encourage discussion and disagreements about your services and your sales processes.  In that atmosphere, clients feel good about being seen and heard, as well as understood.

To empower and inspire your clients, your team, and your affiliates, you need to be an authentic, optimistic and positive person. You must develop a positive mental attitude and mind-set and be the kind of person who is always encouraging and supportive to others in your business! If you are even-tempered, warm, friendly, patient, and tolerant and open minded you will help make people feel secure being around you.

Keep in mind, everyone including your clients are for the most part emotional. Everything that a person does, or avoids doing, is triggered by their deeper emotions. Your job is to connect with their higher and more positive emotions so they feel so good about you that they want to do business with you now and in the future.

Here are two things that you can do know to improve your client relationships and your Law of Attraction results. 

Check in with yourself to see if you really are understanding and considerate of your clients needs and wants, or are you just thinking of the sale and making your next mortgage payment?  Remember, that the one thing that you can’t hide from the Law of Attraction is being selfish and only serving your own needs.

Next, go through your client files and ask yourself how well each of your clients felt that they have been seen and heard as well as understood? The least expensive way to improve your Law of Attraction results is to improve client retention by improving your relationship with them.
